Reed's Bristol Motor Speedway Preview
Bristol History:  Reed Sorenson is looking to improve upon his Bristol Motor Speedway (BMS) stats.  His best finish in NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) competition was last August when he scored a 15th-place finish (started 29th).  His best NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) finish is an impressive third place, which came in his first start at the track on April 4, 2005.  Altogether, he has four starts in NSCS competition with one top-10 start and one top-15 finish.  In NNS competition, he has six starts that include an outside pole, three top-10 starts plus one top-five and two top-15 finishes.
On the Hood: Sorenson’s No. 41 Dodge Charger will carry a special TUMS QuikPak paint scheme for the Sharpie 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway. 

Meet Sorenson: Sorenson will be making an appearance at the TUMS diner on Saturday in the Fan Zone at Bristol Motor Speedway.  Sorenson will sign for fans from 3:40 to 4:10 p.m.  Fans are encouraged to stop by prior to the event to receive a ticket.  Tickets are limited.

In the Points: After 23 points events this season, Sorenson remains 30th in the championship driver standings, with a post-Michigan total of 1,800 points.  The No. 41 entry is also 30th in the series' owner standings with 1,849 points.
