Reed Ready for Repeat Success at Chicagoland Speedway
Daytona Results: Reed Sorenson drove his No. 41 Polaroid Dodge to a 22nd-place finish under the lights at Daytona in the halfway mark of the 2008 season.  He started the night in the 39th position and was confident early on with the handling of the car.  He drove the car as high as 17th but was involved in a late-race incident on the last lap that relegated him outside the top 20.
New Hampshire History: Sorenson will be making his third start at Chicagoland Speedway this weekend.  In 2006, Sorenson scored his best finish of seventh place there.  He finished 12th in last year’s NSCS Chicagoland event.  His average NSCS start at the track is 20th and average finish is 9.5.  In the Nationwide garage, Sorenson has three top-15 finishes in all three of his NNS starts.

In the Points:  After this weekend’s event at the Daytona International Speedway, the No. 41 Dodge is 32nd in the NSCS owner points.  The team trails 25th-place Casey Mears by 243 points.  With a current tally of 1,426, Sorenson is also 32nd in the overall NSCS driver standings.
Target Employees Fun Fact:  Did you know the sponsor of the No. 41 CGRFS Dodge, Target, employs 366,000 people across 47 states?  In order to accommodate all of those employees at the Chicagoland Speedway, the track would need to almost quintuple their seating capacity of 75,000.

99 and counting:  Drivers Scott Pruett and Memo Rojas scored CGRFS another win this past weekend at Daytona International Speedway, bringing the total wins for team owner Chip Ganassi to 99.  Ganassi is just one win away from reaching a milestone of 100 victories as an owner.  His wins have come across a wide variety of racing series including CART, IndyCar, NASCAR Sprint Cup, NASCAR Nationwide, ARCA and Grand Am.  Sorenson has four of those victories: three NNS and one ARCA.
