Sorenson started 29th and finished 16th
• Stayed in the lead pack throughout the race until the final 30 laps when he lost the draft.
• Fell down a lap with 16 laps remaining.
• Dodged the carnage at the end of the race.
SORENSON: “We just stayed patient throughout the day then there at the end we lost the draft. When you do that you lose about two seconds a lap. The yellow never came out so we couldn’t get back up there and race. I don’t care who you are, if you don’t have someone pushing you—you can’t go.”
