RICHMOND POST RACE NOTES

· Sorenson started  23rd in the McDonald’s McCafe Dodge and finished 20th.

· The McCafe Dodge struggled with a loose in, tight center and loose off handling condition

· The No. 43 team went a lap down on lap 110

· Sorenson raced his way back onto the lead lap prior to the 15th caution on lap 356, which allowed teammate AJ Allmendinger to earn  the lucky dog.

· Sorenson battled a loose right front wheel over the last several laps

· The No. 43 is now 22nd in driver/owner points.

SORENSON: “We could have finished a little bit better, but we just weren’t good at the start of the race and that set us back a bit.  Our McDonald’s Dodge got better near the end of the race and we picked up a bunch of positions.  We left a right-front wheel loose there at the end, otherwise we probably could have passed three or four more cars.  We put on a good set of tires and we were really flying up the race track.  We finished 20th, but I really think that we had a top-15 car at the end of the race for sure.”
