• Sorenson started 10th and finished 16th.

• Sorenson spun on lap 45 when Tony Stewart lost control of his car and slammed into Sorenson causing him to fall down a lap and back to about 37th.

• Sorenson received the free pass on lap 59

• From lap 200-250 he moved from 20th to 14th.

• Sorenson now has the longest non-consecutive race streak of DNFs in NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (52).

SORENSON: “We certainly finished better than the way we started off tonight. We were down a lap early but we knew our car was pretty fast. Sammy Johns and the crew did a great job all night. We were pretty good. I didn’t say much on the radio, just drove as hard as I could. That was a good night for us.”
