Atlanta Motor Speedway Race Report

 

• Sorenson started 13th and finished 27th.

• Started 13th and raced as high as ninth early in the race.

• Was caught in an incident with the No. 2 on lap 244 causing damage to the front of the car.

• Raced in the top 20 prior to the lap 244 incident.

SORENSON: “Cool for Kasey and the 9 guys and everyone who works at RPM. That was awesome. For the 43 tonight, we were just at the wrong place at the wrong time. We hit Kurt (Busch) pretty good and just hung on the rest of the race. Until then, we were fast and thought we could have pulled out a real good finish."
